Manage the assessment, evaluation, prioritization and update of risks for all Programs or Projects classified as A (high risk) or B (medium risk).

Management Plans in accordance with Contractual requirements.Develop Program or Project Specific Risk.

The Risk Manager implements risk management methodology & risk management tools, providing supporting guidance to stakeholders to ensure requirements are understood, applied and used consistently (where applicable applying local instructions). Ability to prepare and deliver high quality technical presentations to senior management.Ability to generate high quality written technical reports.Ability to visualize, articulate, and condense complex issues into concise, easily understood presentations.Ability to work autonomously, with minimal management oversight, to prioritize work and accomplish tasks within tight schedule constraints.The ability to refocus stakeholders to obtain clear decisions.Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.Clearance required to start: TS/SCI with Polygraph.PhD or JD and four (4) years or more experience.Masters and seven (7) years or more experience.Bachelors and nine (9) years or more experience.Building risk awareness across the organization by providing support and training.Maintaining records of decisions and claims.Conducting policy and compliance audits, which will include liaising with internal and external stakeholders to determine mitigation statuses.Creating continuity plans, guides, and policies designed to limit risks without encumbering productivity.Risk report tailoring to the relevant audience.Capturing, understanding, and explaining the risk to stakeholders across the organization.Monitoring adherence to action plans, assessing milestones, and noting control deficiencies.Developing proposed responses, to include recommendations for corrective actions and mitigations.Collaborating with leadership to determine and document the organizations level of risk tolerance.Performing a risk evaluation: Evaluating previously handled risks and comparing mitigation approaches to potential risks.Performing a risk assessment: Analyzing current risks and identifying potential risks.Designing, maturing, and implementing an overall risk management process for the organization.
